Dr. Sadhana Subhadarshini Mohanty

Dr. Sadhana Subhadarshini Mohanty has over 11 years of experience in technical education. She has completed B.Tech (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) and M.Tech (VLSI and Embedded system) in the year 2011 and 2014 respectively. She has completed her Ph.D from KIIT Deemed to be University. She was a lecturer in the ETC Department one of the BPUT college, Odisha, from 2014-2016. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in KIIT DU. Her research interests include Device modelling: Group-IV material based TFET for low power, high speed operation devices, where she continues to contribute through her scholarly work. Proficient in industry-standard EDA tools such as Synopsys.
