Dr. Princy Sharma holds a PhD in Semiconductor Device Modeling and Analysis from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Her research focuses on advanced nanoelectronic devices, particularly junctionless and gate-all-around (GAA) field-effect transistors, with applications in sensing technologies and next-generation electronics. She has several publications in reputed international journals and conferences, contributing to areas such as FET-based sensors, device sensitivity enhancement, and innovative semiconductor structures. Her work combines theoretical modeling with practical device insights to improve performance, scalability, and energy efficiency. With over three years of teaching experience, she is actively involved in mentoring and academic development.
