Mrs. Minati Das

Associate Professor I

Minati Das is an Associate Professor at a College of Nursing, serving in this role since 2023. She has been engaged in academic nursing since 2009, with experience as an Assistant Professor, Nursing Tutor, and Clinical Instructor. She completed her M.Sc. Nursing in 2014 and has over 13 years of post–M.Sc. teaching experience, all at the Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences (KINS). She began her career at KIMS, KIIT University in 2004 and previously worked as a Senior Renal Staff Nurse in the Super Specialty Department of Nephrology and Hemodialysis. With more than 22 years of service at KIIT, she is recognized for her dedication, meticulous teaching, emphasis on clinical competence, professional conduct, bedside nursing etiquette, and active involvement in nursing research.
