Srinibasa Padhy

Dr Srinibasa Padhy has joined the noble teaching profession in the field of Electronics Engineering in the year of 2006.The Teaching and research activitiessatrted from Roland Institute of Technology,Berhampur. The career in research has augmented further after the degree in M Tech from the pioneer institute IIT, Kharagpur in the field of Microelectronics and VLSID.The stint of teaching and research captured the momentum since joining in the most sought Institute of Eminence KIIT university,Bhubaneswar.Now the research is focuses on thin-film fabrication,characterization and solar cell device performance assessment and simulation,Low power aspects of VLSI Design,study and explore of various semiconducor devices.He has published and presented more than 30 papers in journals and conferences. He has published two indian patents and sponsored a SERB project as CO-PI.He has authored one book chapter in Springer Nature edited Book.
