Mr. Pravin Kumar Samanta

Prof. Pravin Kumar Samanta has been working as an Assistant Professor since mid of 2017, in School of Electronics Engineering Department at KIIT Deemed to be University in Bhubaneswar. He did his B.Sc Honors in Physics with 1st class degree from Calcutta University. He was awarded Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) under the prestigious program, Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) by DST, Govt. of India. He holds B.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics and M.Tech with specialisation in VLSI Design from Calcutta University. He has more than eight years of teaching & research experience. His Ph.D resaerch area is Biomedical Image Processing and Data Science. His research areas are mainly focused on ML, DL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and FPGA Design.
