Dr. Rahul
Assistant Professor-II
Dr. Rahul is an Assistant Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Design, NIT Rourkela, and has over seven years of teaching and research experience in India and abroad, including postdoctoral research at Jilin University, China. He has published 13 SCI/WoS and 35 Scopus-indexed journal papers, with two patents published and nine under review. Dr. Rahul received the DST-SERB project as Principal Investigator and an AICTE-ATAL grant to coordinate an FDP on 3D Printing and Advanced Manufacturing. His research interests include advanced manufacturing, micro-machining, cryogenics, welding, material characterization, and process optimization. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
