Dr. Ramanuj Kumar

Associate Professor I

Dr. Ramanuj Kumar has over 12 years of teaching experience. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from KITS Ramtek, Nagpur University, India, in 2009, and his M.Tech. in Manufacturing Engineering from NIT Warangal, India, in 2012. He completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 2018. Dr. Kumar is a lifetime member of the International Association of Advanced Materials, the Indian Science Congress, and the Society for Materials Chemistry (SMC).
His research areas include hard turning, nanofluid-assisted machining, non-conventional machining, nanocomposites, additive manufacturing, optimization, soft computing and Modelling. He holds three granted patents and has published more than 56 papers in international journals (SCI/ESCI), as well as 70 papers in international and national conferences. His Scopus research profile includes 144 papers, 1,677 citations, and an h-index of 22. Under his supervision, two PhD theses were awarded in 2024.
