Dr. Ranjan Kumar Behera

Assistant Professor-II

Dr. Ranjan Kumar Behera is an Assistant Professor (II) at the School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, since July 2014. He earned his Ph.D. from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and M.Tech. in Machine Design & Analysis from NIT Rourkela, where he received the Institute Silver Medal and Certificate of Merit. He completed his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from CET (now OUTR), Bhubaneswar. With over 13 years of teaching and 10 years of research experience, he has taught subjects like Thermodynamics, Machine Design, and FEA. His research interests include Mechanical Vibration, Fault Detection, AI Techniques, and Composite Materials. He has published several international papers and is affiliated with IE (India), ISC, IAAM (Sweden), IRED, IAENG, and ISRD.
