Dr. Spandan Guha

Associate Professor I

Spandan Guha, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at KIIT University in Bhubaneswar, India, since 2018, holds a Master’s (MTech) in Production Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, India. He completed his Ph.D. at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Actively participating as a member of various governing bodies, including the Institute of Engineers, India, and the Society of Materials Chemistry, his research interests primarily focus on exploring the potential impact of Graphene and its derivatives across different domains, particularly in medical science. Furthermore, he is involved in research on Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)-based Thin Film Coating, with a specific emphasis on the analysis of mechanical, morphological, and structural properties.
