Dr. Suchismita Satapathy

Dr. Suchismita Satapathy is an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, with over 20 years of teaching and research experience. She has published more than 130 Scopus-indexed papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. Her research interests include ergonomics, occupational safety, operations management, operations research, acoustics, sustainability, and supply chain management. She has filed six patents—three published in India, one international, and one granted. Dr. Satapathy has guided four Ph.D. scholars (three ongoing), 20 M.Tech., and 51 B.Tech. students. She has authored and edited several books with publishers such as CRC Press, Springer, DEGRUYTER, and IGI Global. She also served as Convenor of the ICAMIE Conference in 2020.
