Bishnu Prasad De received his B.Tech degree in ECE from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College in 2007, M.Tech in VLSI Design from IIEST, Shibpur in 2009. He completed his Ph.D. in Microelectronics and VLSI Technology at NIT, Durgapur in 2016. He qualified GATE in 2007. He began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at Haldia Institute of Technology, where he served for over seven years. In 2017, he joined KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, as an Assistant Professor and currently holds the position of Associate Professor-I. His research interests include nano-scale device modeling and characterization,analog and mixed-signal IC design. He has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences. He has supervised one doctoral thesis and several master’s theses, with two additional doctoral theses currently underway.
