Prof. Rishi Kumar Khanna has 13+ years of teaching and research experience. He is currently doing research in the domain of FET Biosensors. Prof. R K Khanna has experience of different EDA platforms like Cadence OrCAD PSpice, NI Multisim, TI's TINA, AMD's Xilinx Vivado HLx, Synopsys' RTL to GDSII flow framework and TCAD tool: Synopsys Sentaurus. He also has experience of embedded development platforms like Cypress Semiconductor's PSoC Creator, Arduino for development of IoT application prototypes for some applications. He has undergone Short Term Training Programs (STTPs) from Cypress Semiconductors in the domain of Embedded Systems and IoT, from AICTE, ARM Education and ST Microelectronics in "VLSI to System Design: Silicon to End application approach."

Integrated Dual Degree (BTech + MTech) in Electronics and Communication and specialization in Wireless Communication from IIT Roorkee
