Dr. Deepti Mishra
Assistant Professor I
Dr. Deepti Mishra is an Assistant Professor at KIIT School of Economics and Commerce with over 14 years of experience in academia. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from KIIT University and specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior, and Marketing. Her research on topics such as workplace diversity, employee well-being, HR, OB and the intersection of AI and HR has been widely published in leading journals indexed by Scopus, WoS, and ABDC. She has also presented her work at international conferences, earning several best paper awards. In addition to her research and teaching, Dr. Mishra is actively involved in various institutional activities, including student admissions and industrial engagement.
