Mr. Pritam Kumar Samal holds a distinguished academic background in law, having earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA-LLB) degree with Criminal Law Hons from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar, and a Master of Laws (LLM) with Constitutional Law specialization from the National Law University, Odisha. His legal education has provided him with a strong foundation in various aspects of law. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law at Xavier Law School, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, where his research focuses on contemporary legal issues, particularly in the realm of cyber law, electronic evidence, and data protection. He has previously practiced at the Odisha High Court, gaining valuable experience in litigation and legal advocacy. During his practice, he handled a range of legal matters, including civil, criminal, and constitutional cases, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex legal issues. Though he is not currently practicing, his expertise and understanding of the legal system continue to shape his contributions to the field of law through research and academic engagement.
