Dr. Shreya Chatterjee

She is presently working as an Associate Dean, Doctoral Program in KIIT University. She has presently around 15 years of teaching experience. She has done her LLM from NLIU, Bhopal and has a PhD from KIIT University. She has worked on a project funded by ICSSR and has also worked on a project on Capability, Governance and Nanotechnology developments: a focus on India in The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI), Delhi. She has been teaching Law of Contract, Law of Torts, IT & IP, Information Technology Laws and Health Laws. She has also guided PhD Scholars during the tenure of her service. Three of her scholars have completed PhD from KIIT University in the year 2022 and 2023 and 2024 respectively. During her tenure in KIIT she has gained a lot of experience in the field of teaching, research and administrative work.
