Dr. Bineet Kedia is Associate Professor-I in Law at KIIT School of Law, KIIT-DU, Bhubaneswar, where he heads the Department of Taxation Law and serves as Faculty Superintendent of the Law Boys’ Hostel. He holds a Ph.D., LL.M., LL.B., and is UGC-NET qualified. With over 13 years of teaching experience, he specializes in taxation law, international law, and environmental jurisprudence, and has published and presented widely on taxation, climate change, human rights, and related areas.
