Dr. Prativa Panda

Prof. (Dr.) Prativa Kumari Panda is a distinguished academician and Professor at KIIT School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. She holds a B.Sc., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law, awarded by Berhampur University in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, she has held various academic positions, including Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Reader and Professor Cum Principal at University Law College ,Utkal University. She has authored 11 books with ISBN numbers and published 50+ articles in international journals. As an active researcher, she has guided 2 Ph.D. students and mentored 200+ LL.M. dissertations. Dr. Panda is a recipient of the “Sastri Smruti Sanman 2013” award and the Best Teacher Award in 2016. Her expertise spans curriculum development, research, and faculty collaboration.
