Mrs. Ipsita Mohapatra

Prof. Ipsita Mohapatra has done her masters in business administration from BIMIT, Bhubaneswar and Ph.D from PM&IR Department, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. She started her career as an Asst. Manager HR in The Political and Business Daily in Bhubaneswar. Then she joined as a Senior Lecturer in The Department of Professional Studies, Dhenkanal Autonomous College, Dhenkanal. In 2017, she joined as a Faculty Associate in the School of Humanities, KIIT University. She’s also a life member in the Indian Society for Training and Development. She has also published many papers in various National and International journals. Her area of research is in the field of employee empowerment and Employee relations.
