Jinia Kundu

Dr. Jinia Kundu has 14 years of teaching and academic administration experience. She is presently the Associate Dean (Industry Engagement), Head-Department of International Law, Programme Officer-NSS Unit and Assistant Professor-II in KIIT School of Law. She has completed her Ph.D. from KIIT-DU and her LL.M. (Corporate Law) and B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the Department of Law, University of North Bengal, Darjeeling, West Bengal. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law (PGDCL) from NALSAR, Hyderabad in 2017. She was honoured with the State NSS Award-2018 for Best NSS Programme Officer by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha; Bharat Vikas Award-2017 for outstanding contribution in the field of Social Service by the Institute of Self Reliance, Bhubaneswar; Best NSS Programme Officer Award (University Level) in 2017 and 2019 respectively by KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. Her research and teaching interest areas include Air and Space Law, Public International Law, Contract Law, Insurance Law, Cyber Law, Maritime Law and Law of the Sea, and Human Rights.
