Kalyani Biswal

Kalyani Biswal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Social, Financial, and Human Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University. She has pursued her Ph.D. in Positive Psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and M.Phil degree in Clinical Psychology from the Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Her research paper has been published in leading journal such as the Emerald Journal of Development and Learning in Organizations. She actively participated in various international, national, and state-level seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
