Holding a Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship, she has authored numerous publications in esteemed journals, showcasing her expertise in sustainable development, social innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She has completed her M.Com and M.Phil from Utkal University the oldest University in Odisha. She has also qualified UGC- NET and a passionate teacher.
