Prateek Mishra

Dr. Prateek Mishra is an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT School of Law, specializing in constitutional and taxation law. He completed his schooling at Delhi Public School, Bokaro, and graduated with first-class honours from Gujarat National Law University in 2013. He earned his LL.M. with distinction from National Law University, Odisha, in 2018. His experience includes corporate training at Torrent Pharmaceuticals and three years in litigation. Dr. Mishra cleared the National Eligibility Test in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at KIIT School of Law. He is dedicated to advanced research and is committed to mentoring students, guiding them toward academic excellence and encouraging active engagement in scholarly work within the field of law.
