Rupali Das

Assistant Professor

Rupali Das is currently working as an Assistant Professor (English) in the Dept. of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has one year teaching experience at KIIT. She completed her Masters in English Literature from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh . She is pursuing PhD from National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NITRKL), Odisha. She qualified UGC Junior Research Fellowship (NET-JRF), WBSET, NESLET, MHSET, APSET and TNSET. She had worked as UGC Major Research Project Fellow at Central University of Jharkhand. Her research interest includes Gender and Sexuality Studies, Cultural Studies, Archival Studies, Colonial Historiography, Film Studies and Eco Studies. She has presented several research papers in International Conferences in India and USA as well. She has one book chapter in the Springer, and she contributed a Module for M.A students at IGNOU on Gender Studies. She has reviewed two research articles in Brill Journal.
