Saptarshi Das

Mr. Saptarshi Das serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. He holds an LL.M from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore, with a specialization in Business Laws. He qualified the UGC-NET in 2018 and is currently pursuing his doctorate at National Law University Odisha.

His teaching repertoire includes Business Laws, Corporate Governance, and Arbitration. His research interests encompass Online Dispute Resolution, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) , corporate strategy & law, negotiation, and arbitration. His scholarly papers have been published in nationally reputed journals, including UGC-CARE and Web of Science Indexed journals.

He is an avid reader with a strong interests in historical and biographical works . His hobbies include reading, creative writing and travelling.
