Dr. Sarvesh Kumar Shahi currently serves as Assistant Professor–II at the School of Law, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He earned his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Lucknow in 2009, followed by an LL.M. from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2013. He completed his doctoral studies (Ph.D.) at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow in 2022. He has also qualified UGC-NET in the year 2017. Dr. Shahi has authored two books and 35 research papers. He is also empanelled as a Visiting Faculty with Odisha Judicial Academy, Cuttack, Central Academy of Police Training, Bhopal and IIM Rohtak

At Conference Hall, Delhi Vidhan Sabha. The award ceremony was organized by the Institute for Social Reforms and Higher Education, registered with the Government of India, NITI AAYOG.
