Shrabani Kar
Assistant Professor
Shrabani Kar is an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT School of Law, KIIT Deemed to be University. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from National Law University, Odisha, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Animal Protection Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She has taught a range of subjects including Law of Torts, Law of Contract, Business Law, and Capital Market Regulations to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has previously served as a faculty member at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, where she gained experience teaching core areas of commercial law. Her academic interests include Corporate Law, Securities and Financial Market Regulations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, and emerging issues in data privacy and technology law. She has participated in various national and international seminars and continues to engage in research and academic writing.
