Dr. Shraddha Dhal has a demonstrated history of working in the Education management industry, skilled in Research, Communication, Teaching, and Interpersonal Skills. She has presented papers at conferences, published articles and papers in journals of National & International repute, and translated a major portion Lachhama, the iconic historical fiction of the great Odia writer Vyasa Kavi Fakir Mohan Senapati. Her research interests focus on the Post-colonial Fiction, Diaspora Studies, Cultural Studies, Minority Community and Identity Crisis with a specific emphasis on the Parsi community, an ethno-religious minority in India.
