Dr. Sivasankari Varadharasu is Associate Professor and Head of Mental Health Nursing at Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. With 18+ years of academic and clinical experience, she holds a PhD in Mental Health Nursing and specializes in psychology, education, and psychiatric nursing. A dedicated PhD guide and examiner, she has published in reputed indexed journals and authored a psychology textbook (CBS, 2024). She actively contributes to conferences, serves in key academic roles, reviews for indexed journals, and is a member of TNAI, NTAI, WHO, and GNC. She was honored as one of the Top Ten Women of Puducherry 2025.
