Dr. Subhra Debdas
Associate Professor (II) & Associate Dean University PG Program
Dr. Subhra Debdas holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and an M.E. in Power System Engineering from IIEST Shibpur, Howrah, and earned his Ph.D. from Sainath University, Ranchi. He has extensive industry experience as a design power engineer with DCPL and L&T Sargent & Lundy, managing major national and international projects. With over 24 years of teaching experience, including eight years at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Nizwa, Oman, he brings global academic expertise. Currently, he serves as a faculty member at the School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University. His research interests include renewable energy, smart grids, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and cloud computing, focusing on practical applications and advancing sustainable engineering solutions.
