Swati Mohapatra has experience of 6 years in teaching Criminal Law to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Prior to that, she has experience working in the South Asian Human Rights Documentation Centre, working in the areas of Refugee Law, Rights of the Accused, etc. Swati has graduated from KIIT University with a degree in BALLB, Criminal Law Specialisation. She has earned a Master of Laws with specialisation in Human Rights from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, India. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD and she has submitted her Thesis . She is UGC NET qualified.
