Dr. Swati Samantaray, Professor in the Department of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT University, has been a dedicated educator since 1997. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Utkal University and brings over 27 years of teaching experience in English Literature and Professional Communication. Honoured with the Best Faculty Award in 2012 by KIIT & KISS Founder Dr. A. Samanta, Dr. Samantaray has authored and edited several notable works, including The Mystic Flights of Tagore, Mysticism: A Literary Quest for Ultimate Reality, and Folklore: A Key to Cultural Understanding. Her research spans mysticism, feminism, ecocriticism, film and cultural studies, and digital humanities. A mentor and motivator, she blends academic excellence with social commitment, inspiring students toward holistic growth and humanistic values.
