Dr. Swayam Bikash Mishra

Dr. Swayam Bikash Mishra has joined as an Assistant Professor II in the School of Mechanical Engineering of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), deemed to be University on December 2016. He has received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) award from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. He has two years of industrial experience and thirteen years of teaching experience including post-doctoral experiences. His research interest includes Heat Transfer, Artificial Intelligence, Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Manufacturing and Additive Manufacturing. He has guided five PG students and three Ph.D. students to get their degree. He has published several research papers on some reputed journals. Along with that eight Indian Patent and one International Patent are granted on his name. He has several professional memberships such as Additive Manufacturing Society of India (AMSI), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), The Institute of Engineers (IE), Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) and Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST).
